Painter (gouache) engraver, illustrator, Landscapes, urban-landscapes, animals Roger Bertin’s Works features in numerous group exhibitions.He became a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-arts, the salon des indépendants and the Salon d’Automne since 1938. In 1954, his « cockfight » won the prix Pacquement. From 1955 -1958, his Work was shortlisted for the prix Othon Friesz. He exhibited at the « Comparaison » (1955-1962), at the Salon « Peintres témoins de leur temps » en 1959. Bertin’s submission « The control tower » was subsequently acquired by Air France.
