Member of the School of Paris, he exhibited many times at the Salon of Painters witnesses of their time. Figurative painter, he transcribes many landscapes and life scenes on his canvases. His painting considers volumes through geometric shapes, developed in large touches of warm colors. Throughout his career, the work of Henry-Maurice d'Anty (1910/1998) gave free rein to an expressionist and incisive style. The pleasurable work of the material allows a flatness of the image to hatch on the surface of the canvas, sometimes by defining the volumes of black, sometimes by leaving the distribution of the color free.
