Beautiful and large oil on canvas by the French painter, Italian born, GG Filiberti signed and dated 1934 lower right. In the 1930s Filiberti made many views of the Montmartre hill and its surroundings. Our painting is part of this series, an inscription on the back of the painting, mentions among other things the address of the painter and the title of the painting "The area at the door of Saint Ouen". The canvas is in good condition, the frame is solid but it needs to be repainted (gaps visible in the photos). Beautiful painting from the 1930s visible at the gallery.
