"Pair Of Louis XVI Sconces"
Pair of Louis XVI style sconces with 3 arms of light, in chased and gilded bronze. Cherub model with trumpets. The barrel simulates a quiver resting halfway up on a sheath decorated with piastres ending in seeded acanthus leaves. The central arm of light rests on a cherub blowing its trumpets. The arms of light with curves and against curves escape from branches with acanthus leaves, supporting the gadrooned lighting binets resting on candles with water leaves circled with pearls. Electrification in perfect working order. Very good quality of casting and carving. Gilding in excellent condition.
