"Multifunction Center Table, Louis XVI Style - Late 19th Century"
Multifunction table, all faces, made in Paris. Its rectangular top is inlaid with small lozenges in rosewood veneer, framed by a double fillet of lemon tree, a mitred band, then a brass quarter round on the edge. Of the same composition, the belt has a drawer provided with an original functional lock with its key. The double tray unfolds, offering a games table lined with a felt with a golden vignette. The perimeter is in rosewood veneer arranged in a frieze and inlaid with two lemon tree fillets. This piece of furniture rests on four tapered legs, turned, with grooves dressed in brass. They start, at the top, with a ring and end with a ball shoe.
