"Secretaire In Rio Rosewood, Art Deco - Early Twentieth"
This Art Deco secretary with a rectangular structure consists, in the upper part, of a narrow drawer, then of a large flap, under which are arranged three drawers of identical size. The whole rests on a reserve base. The drawer entries and the flap, just like its pastille key, are made of bone. All the other keys are made of brass. The locks in working condition are genuine. The flap open, we discover an ivory-colored leather, with a double silver border. The perimeter is rosewood veneer. The mahogany interior consists of two small shelves, one of which is recessed, and lockers, to the right and left of each. In the lower part, there are two small drawers whose front in rosewood veneer is pulled by a square button, in silver metal. The sides of the cabinet are also in rosewood veneer arranged horizontally, five veins are visible there. Note the composition of the drawers, whose sides are in solid mahogany, the bottom and back in solid oak.
