"Salon Table In Rosewood, Louis XV Style, Napoleon III Period - Mid-19th Century"
Small modular living room table with two flaps at the ends, allowing to obtain a larger surface. The top is composed of a four-leaf Rio rosewood veneer, and an eventful frame with miter cut in solid rosewood, corbin's beak style and groove at the edge. The belt, of identical wood species, has the same veneer characteristics. It is equipped with a cut-out drawer in its lower part. This opens with a key and locks with an original lock in perfect working order. Its interior, sides and separation are in mahogany. This opening is furnished with a removable stop, in order to remove it easily. This piece of furniture rests on four legs in solid rosewood, curved, molded on both sides with a sculpture in acanthus leaves at the top. They end with a volute foot fitted with a brass wheel. Its exceptional wood and harmonious grain make this Napoleon III table an essential element for your furniture.
