Old souvenir medallion in oval shape and decorated on the top with arabesque motifs made of gold cords. 4 bezel-set fine half-pearls and a cushion-cut ruby enhance this decor. It opens with a hinge on the side, and has within it a small glass rimmed with gold. The back is smooth. Period: 20th century
