"Restoration Period Inkwell"
Rare and beautiful inkwell from the Restoration period in patinated bronze in an oval shape with gadroons and a frieze of water leaves surmounted by a lid decorated with a poodle, a paw resting on books and a pier of flowers, symbol of fidelity . A cracked porcelain bucket and two rings missing from the penholder.
