Circular silver compact with its sieve, powder puff and mirror, with trompe l'oeil guilloché decoration on two sides. The lid is decorated with bouquets of foliage embellished with vermeil nail heads. The side part is decorated with gadroons and equipped with two tabs to facilitate opening.
