Imposing marble inkwell with two bronze cups. The central figure in bronze represents the famous portrait of Lorenzo de' Medici (1492-1519), Duke of Urbino, known as the Magnificent, made by Michelangelo (1475-1564) for the funeral chapel of the Medici, located in the Church San Lorenzo in Florence Italy.

Dark green marble with white veins.
Bronze figure of Lorenzo de' Medici after Michelangelo.
Foundry stamp "Susse Frères - Editeurs - Paris"
Inscription "Michelangelo" on the base of the bronze.

The glasses are missing in the bronze cups.
Wear on the marble.
