"Pair Of Regency Period Armchairs"
Beautiful pair of molded, carved and waxed beech wood armchairs from the Regency period circa 1715-1720. Their flat square backrests are topped with a shoulder decorated with a large shell, their eventful armrests with recessed consoles are set back in the side crosspieces. The set rests on a base consisting of four arched legs punctuated with interior windings raised with acanthus, joined by a crotch brace.
