- Statuette in polychrome Meissen porcelain representing the clarinetist belonging to the series of the galland orchestra in German (gallante Kappel). - Kaendler and Meyer are inspired by the orchestra of the Dresden opera to model the characters (musicians). - Model created between 1750 and 1760 by Johann Johachim Kaendler and Friedrich Elias Meyer. - Solid base and signed in underglaze blue on the back of the base. - Mid-18th century around 1750-1760.
