Rare boiled blond horn bowl, Amazonia.
An old label, damaged, on one side of the object indicates an inventory number and a provenance: "Brasil", a date: "1893".
A remnant of the label remains on the opposite side.
It is likely that this cup, whose shape is reminiscent of more classical calabash models, was made from a cow horn.
