In May-June 1925, the artist participated for the first time in the exhibition of the Union of Artists in Vienna with three works, then became a regular at major exhibitions and auctions in Vienna (a major auction at the Dorotheum in May 1929 presented his Biedermeier-Interior painting). The artist is listed in the dictionary of Austrian artists Heinrich Fuchs, Vienna 1977. The painting was executed in Batavia (former name of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia).
