"Pair Of Blond Mahogany Chairs, Restoration Period - Early Nineteenth"
Set of two chairs from the Restoration period, with blond mahogany structures. The so-called “pelota” seats are by definition designed with straps and natural horsehair. They are covered with a velvet fabric, yellow ocher color, with nail finishes. The moderately curved backrests each have two intermediate bars. These seats rest at the front on "hock" legs molded in a snail at the top. The rear legs are "swords". This pair of bicentenary chairs will have no trouble finding its place in our current homes, where fawn and mustard colors are more trendy than ever. ******** Period: Early 19th century Perfect condition after restoration in our workshop.
