"Long Woodwork Buffet In Solid Cherry - Late 18th Century"
Long regional sideboard in solid cherry wood (side, top and front) topped with a top composed of three well-joined boards with a small corbin beak around it. The facade opens with two large doors, the inside of the frame of which is molded in corbin's beak in the Louis XIV style. The piece of furniture is embellished with original iron hinges as well as the entrances, the lock and the key in working order. The low crosspiece is slightly cut and molded with charming scrolls. On each side, this authentic piece of furniture has rounded and recessed legs, ending in a bump foot then a snail foot. This long sideboard has a particularity that makes it rare. Indeed, on one side we discover an original door opening by a lock and iron key with inside two small adjustable shelves on racks.
