Soft porcelain with small fire decoration. Dimensions 23 x 30 cm. In perfect condition, no restorations. Very fine claw in the decor. The porcelain is made in Tournai; the decoration made in The Hague around 1775. In the 1770s, a German craftsman, Antoon Lynker, created a porcelain decoration workshop in The Hague. Not being a manufacturer himself, he bought unpainted parts in Germany but also in Tournai. The good years of this workshop will be brief, because Lynker dies shortly after.
