Dauphiné landscape with stone bridge. Charcoal on white paper. Monogram of Théodore Ravanat (1812-1883) and stamp of Parisian collector and antique dealer Claudius de Jonge lower right. The latter affixed the imprint of a stamp on the reverse certifying the attribution as well as an inventory number. The artist belongs to the Dauphinois landscape school. He is the initiator of the meetings of Proveyzieux; artistic and cultural center like Barbizon. He was Curator of the Museum and Director of the drawing school in Grenoble.
