Late 19th century transition style tea table In rosewood, mahogany and lemon tree marquetry, ornamentation in gilded bronze So-called "Queen" marquetry with a background set of diamonds inscribed with a Quatrefoil fleurette on all sides Opening with four flaps revealing mirrors inside Peach blossom marble top surrounded by gilded bronze It rests on arched, chamfered feet ending in bronze shoes The locks bear the name of the locksmith Duvivier, known for having worked at the end of the 19th century, for great cabinetmakers, such as Krieger, Millet and Linke French polish In very good condition
