Portrait study in oil on cardboard by Laszlo Fülöp (1869-1937) signed lower right and dated. Laszlo Fülöp was a pupil of Benjamin Constant and Jules. Lefebvre at the School of Fine Arts in Paris. After having traveled a lot through Europe, he settled in England. He led a brilliant career as an official portraitist and received numerous distinctions. It is present in many museums. Cardboard under glass and framed, enriched with a cartouche in the name of Laszlo Fülöp. A label on the back specifies that this study was carried out for the PA26 stamp representing the portrait of Louis II of Monaco, indication to be verified. (ref stock FP)
