"Car Shaped Betel Box - India"
Betel boxes are typical objects from Burma and India. These boxes were intended to contain various spices and plant extracts necessary for the preparation of Betel or traditionally called "paan". Intended to be chewed, betel can be mixed with tobacco to avoid smoking it. We will highlight the soft golden hue of the brass making up the tray and the small cups of this very original betel box in its design.
