Artist: Georges Charles Coudray (1862 - 1944) was a French sculptor and medallist who was a student of Alexandre Falguière, Henri Allouard and Gabriel-Jules Thomas. He exhibited regularly at the Salon des artistes français from 1883 to 1890, then more sporadically until 1903. His sculptures most often represent elegant young women or mythological subjects, but he also produced orientalist subjects.
