A Baroque diamond and emerald ring.
Spanish, late 17th century.
Ring size I 1/2 UK / 4.5 US.
The bezel measures 1.7 x 1.3cm.
The silver bezel is centred with a deep green emerald encircled by diamonds. The reverse of the bezel is enamelled and set on an engraved gold band. The central emerald is chipped, a diamond is fractured and there are chips to various stones.
