"Yellow Gold Porteloise Ring"
750/000 solid yellow gold ring. Regional ring. Made up of 4 rows of small gold balls in a diamond pattern. This so-called "Lisbon" ring takes its name from the Portuguese squadrons of the Grande Armada which anchored off Portel (Pas de Calais department) in the 16th century. It was originally worn by the wives of the Portel sailors. Boulonnais regional jewel. Weight 7.5 grams. Finger circumference EU 54.5 USA 6.8. Upgrading possible (at buyer's expense)
