Monstrance in cast bronze and cut, chiseled copper. Gilding quick-silver. Base weighted by lead. Disassembles into 2 parts. It has not been cleaned for a very long time, so the gilding appears orange under a layer of oxidation and smoke . The gilding is perfectly preserved.
It is in excellent condition, no part missing. The roof is held to the uprights by 2 rivets, one has been replaced. The glass was replaced late. Height: 545mm. 15th century, France or northern Europe?
