"Soliflore Gallé Vase With Hydrangeas Signed With Art Nouveau Star"
Soliflore vase with bulbous body and high tube neck. Made of multi-layered glass with an acid-etched rotating decoration of a purple and green treated hydrangea branch on a grey-white background. The entire Art Nouveau repertoire is implemented with the leaves that wrap around the collar. Beautiful, clearly legible signature "Gallé" with a star in green cameo on the mauve foot (between 1904 and 1906). Note: Many Gallé vases have their foot treated in brown without decoration, while the foot of our vase is treated with the color of hydrangeas in mauve with green leaves in cameo reminiscent of the plant. Dimensions: Height: 19.3 cm DL: 8.2 cm Good condition. Many other objects to discover in my stand at the antique fairs in which I participate.
