Rare small cabinet in solid walnut, with perfect proportions, respecting the dimensions of a chest of drawers. Certainly made by a companion whose work had to be exemplary, this miniature has four drawers. The first, hidden in the furniture belt, opens with two notches from below. The other three drawers are set back and decorated with finely chiseled cup buttons, allowing them to be opened. In the middle, they are equipped with a heart-shaped entrance in bone, contrasting with the essence of walnut. In the upper part, one of the drawers has an original lock in working order, accompanied by its ring key. On each side, this small chest of drawers has two beautiful columns with oblong capitals. They rest on a square base supported by plates. The top and the sides are composed of a single panel. This rare piece of furniture is a unique work that required meticulousness and experience.
