"Nineteenth Lady's Office"
19th century rosewood desk richly inlaid with brass, copper, mother-of-pearl, pewter and ivory. Very pretty marquetry of angelos, female busts and birds in the middle of a floral decoration. all period bronzes are silver. The flap reveals a small theater with 3 varnished drawers and a wild leather sheathed in gold leaf.
