"Low Armchair With Reclining Backrest Signed Audoux-minnet"
Audoux-Minnet was a manufacturer of high-end garden, terrace and lounge furniture in rattan, bamboo and raffia cordage. In the 1940s and 1950s, the designer couple Adrien Audoux and Frida Minnet offered original and modern furniture in natural materials for the wealthy clientele of the Riviera (Côte d'Azur). Initially installed in Cannes in 1929, they moved to Golfe-Juan (Alpes Maritimes) in 1942. The upholstery is covered with a very good quality Riviera blue outdoor fabric. The simple design tilt mechanism has three positions.
