Dagger with a curved steel blade with a gold damascus heel, double edge and median ridge. The handle, called saifani, is made of marine ivory and is carved in a curved manner.
The wooden scabbard is covered in silver with relief decoration of pearled fillets and marked with four punches. It ends in a point with a flower bud ornament. A symbol of prestige, this dagger refers to the social status of its owner. Worn on the belt, it is considered a masculine accessory.
