The cherry marble clock with gilt bronze decoration in the Louis XVI style with a bust of Diane de Poitiers after Jean Goujon (1510-1567) in patinated bronze on a gilt pedestal. The dial signed Barbedienne, the bust signed F Barbedienne Fondeur and Collas mechanical reduction seal. The candelabra in marble and patinated bronze. They light up with 3 candles each and a heron or ibis at the top. No signature on the candelabra; The watch movement works, it strikes the hours and half hours (need to stall it or a small overhaul at the watchmaker). Very good overall condition.
