Walnut statue with very slight traces of polychromy It is a man slaying the demon: under his feet, a grimacing figure. Is it St Michel or St George? He was appraised by Mrs. Laurence Fligny as being Spanish and dating from the 1400s I It lacks its hands and forearms. Given its age, the xylophagous insects attacked it moderately, mainly in the back where you can also see a restoration used to support the standing position.
