Sculptor.
Pupil of Robert Wlérick at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris.
In 1938 he was named a member of the Salon d'Automne.
After the war, he founded, with Antoniucci Volti, Denys Chevalier and Joseph Rivière, the Young Sculpture Salon.
In 1950 he moved to Boulogne-Billancourt in the villa Buzenval with his wife Jaqueline.
Close friend with Le Corbusier, Jean Cocteau, Louis de Broglie, Paul Claudel whose busts he made. (see file)
Passionate about classical dance, he married the dancer Jaqueline Romier and created the sculptures of star dancers:
Lycette Darsonval, bronze, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Bettencourt Schueller Foundation.
