Painting the gypsies at the fair. Oil on canvas by Lucienne Capdevielle. Painter born in Algiers, pupil of Rochegrosse, secretary of the Society of French Artists. Honorable mention at this show in 1925. Member of the Union of Women Painters and Sculptors where she exhibited many works. Signed lower right, countersigned on the back, and titled "the fair". In a very beautiful Montparnasse setting. Frame dimensions: 77 x 65 cm. Cleaned by my restorer.
