Pol Chambost (1906-1983)
Pol Chambost, a trained sculptor, chose earth as his plastic expression from the 1930s to the 1980s. Parisian ceramist, he explores multiple facets of creation, from single objects to small series. As such, he is one of the spearheads of the Chambre Syndicale des Céramistes d'art de France. The curvilinear flights of his ceramics with sensual, daring but also traditional visions, reveal to us the passion of an artist for beautiful, useful and decorative objects.
