"Authentic Katana Blade End Of The Edo Period (18th Century), Zaimei, Signed Gensa: "
Authentic Katana blade from the end of the Edo Period (19th century), Zaimei: "Gen-Sa" 源 左 in excellent condition, in Shirasaya and with two inscriptions, one on each side of the Nakago, one referring to the blacksmith "Gen Sa" 源 左 of the School: 左文字一派(さもんじいっぱ)Either Samoji-ippa, Sue-Sa period. With as blacksmith, most likely a name beginning with: "Masa", of which Masamune is a very famous representative, with a very beautiful Hamon and a magnificent Hada. Without certificate.
