Extraordinary very large painting by the official painter of the Navy Jean Louis Paguenaud (1876-1952) representing a raging sea in the South Atlantic. This very decorative painting has extraordinary dimensions, 231 cm by 129 cm!!, it makes the decor of a room all by itself. Paguenaud is known for its seas and its orientalists but this one goes beyond anything that can be seen in general.
