Important rectangular table in carved and molded mahogany in the Chippendale style. This original table rests on four cabriole legs in solid mahogany, ending in a ball enclosed in stylized claws. The hump top is carved with rosettes and acanthus leaves. This table is crowned with a solid mahogany top with ends in the shape of basket handles. Note the presence of a corbin's beak periphery with groove molding below. This top consists of two exterior elements of a single board and two semi-fixed extensions of a single board as well. The low mahogany veneer belt has a large molding at the bottom.
