"Sword Brooch Decorated With A Flying Insect In 18k Yellow Gold"
Sword brooch adorned with a flying insect in 18k (750 thousandths) yellow gold paved with faceted diamond chips and a small pearl, probably fine (untested). Very finely executed, this jewel is from the end of the 19th century as attested by its French hare's head hallmark applied since 1888. Safety chain in gilded metal. Length: 5.9cm. Gross weight: 7.2g. A return stamp is a mark applied to jewelry made in France and intended for export. Once returned to France, they can only be sold by authorization signified by a return stamp placed next to the export stamps. Good condition.
