Pair of large mirrors (1.55m) from the Regency period in gilded wood with its mercury mirrors in 2 parts and a cartridge mercury mirror embedded in its high pediment and in its lamp base (lower part of the mirror) The woodwork is very good quality of sculpture, very detailed in the details of acanthus leaves. The protruding parts of the sides (high and low, right and left) as well as the bottom of the lamp and the double pediment are very generous and opulent. The central woodwork is called Bérain. Its mirrors are mercury with their slightly bluish stains. ideal for hanging above a pair of chests of drawers, sideboards or consoles. Their parquet floors are original. Very rare in pair.
