"Paquebot Dressing Table In Rosewood, Art Deco - Early 20th Century"
This liner dressing table, in rosewood veneer, includes two side blocks simulating false drawers with circular knobs in chromed metal. Access to these volumes, the interior of which is veneered in burr maple, is via tabbed flaps. These two boxes are connected by a glass shelf. This piece of furniture is crowned with a circular mirror set in a wooden crosspiece and held by a claw. The whole rests on a concave base, ending in a convex support, called a liner. This one is trimmed with an ivory imitation leather footboard. Note that a second gradient base, lacquered black, can be added to obtain a different height. This dressing table will appeal in particular for its original design and the quality of its wood species.
