Important Tabriz with a flowery rosette caught between two blue trees of life, from the 19th century, measuring 253 cm wide by 357 cm long.
## In sublime condition for its age, the finest quality kork wool, and fantastic colors.
This beautiful Persian rug takes up the criteria of ancient Persian decorations, knotted with great finesse and a superb quality of kork wool.
From the second half of the 19th century, we can hardly imagine the immense work to tie such a marvel.
The quality of these Persian pieces is not to be demonstrated, the work is fine, precise and durable.
The materials used are top quality: fine and soft kork wool, taken from the neckline and under the belly of the lambs, and fine cotton for the weft.
This rug is clean (impeccable), the wool is beautifully knotted and finely tight as these rugs always are. It reveals shades full of contrasts, many colors, blues, mauves, reds, curry, black and ivory.
A rosette with three blues, purple and curry placed on a field of deep wine, four blue spandrels decorated with stylized flowers and palms.
