"Important Indian Head Signed Frans Tinel"
Frans Tinel was a blacksmith at the base. He discovered his talents as an artist and taught wood carving at the Glorieux vocational school near Ghent. He participated in the Ghent fair in 1933. He likes to work hard and rough woods as well than stone and marble.
