Perfume bottle made of layered glass using the acid etching technique. Finely crafted stylized flowers. Nancy, Émile Gallé factory, Art Nouveau, early 20th century. Signature "Gallé". Height 23.3 cm, diameter 7 cm. Very good state. The pump is missing. Émile Gallé's factory was famous for its top quality furniture and glassware. Gallé loved walks in the wild woods and also had his own little botanical garden. He had hung signs above his studio door: "Our roots are deep in the forest - on the banks of streams and among the moss".
