Sideboard In Solid Cherry, Louis-philippe Style - Mid-19th Century

Sideboard in solid Cherry and veneer, with Wooden top with Double Moldings on its three visible edges. It opens in belt by three drawers assembled in Dovetails. The center one is equipped with a key lock, the left and right ones with brass pull buttons. Their doucine-cut facades are in Bramble Cherry veneer. The lower part, with Frame surround, consists of three doors with recessed panels. These are in Cherry Heart Veneer, forming Pretty Symmetrical Wood Grains. They are flanked by Molded Frames with Miter Cuts. Each of these doors has an original lock in working order. The Cabinet is supplied with its four keys. The interior is lined with a single shelf resting on fixed cleats. The whole rests on a Plinth, judiciously composed of three Veneer elements arranged in alignment with the doors and drawers.
