Beautiful framed watercolor, under glass, representing the port of Honfleur, the small basin and the lieutenancy (annotated on the back)
Signed lower left: Stéphane WROBEL.
Born in 1927 in the Somme, painter of landscapes, urban landscapes, watercolourist.
He lives and works in Hamelet (in the Somme).
He exhibits in the United States and France, regularly at the Levasseur gallery in Paris. A little like Stanislas Lépine, in a measured post-Impressionist vein, he mainly painted views of Paris.

Period: 20th century.
