"Bergere In Natural Wood, Louis XVI Period, Circa 1780, 18th Century."
Beautiful and elegant shepherdess in natural wood, Provençal model, Louis XVI period, second half of the 18th century, around 1780. The model that we present is carved for its upper part with a backrest with a gendarme's hat, decorated with acanthus leaves. and scrapers. The armrests are provided with detached columns, rudentées and decorated with large leaves. It rests on four rudenté feet and its belt carved with connections adorned with crossettes. A very beautiful floral fabric in silk and cotton completes the decor. Private collection. In perfect condition. dimensions: h.96 cm x w.73 cm x d.54 cm.
