Large silver goblet resting on a pedestal molded with gadroons, the body engraved on two registers separated by a ring, by the master goldsmith Charles Vaudiquet, Sens, before 1778. Charles Vaudiquet was received as master goldsmith on April 29, 1752, he died on the 13 December 1778. Weight 177g. Condition, very good, the engraving is beautiful and fresh, the timpani is heavy, very large and of very good quality, it is monogrammed CDM on the foot.
