Superb Regency Period Chest of Drawers, from the First Half of the 18th Century, Crossbow Shape on the Front, opening with 2 Drawers, highlighted with a Golden Brass Net. It is In Violet Wood Marquetry. Very Rich Ornamentation of Gilded and Chiseled Bronzes, such as the Bronze Descents on the Uprights, the Lock Entries and the Pull Handles. Our chest of drawers rests on slightly arched feet, and fitted with superb gilt bronze clogs. It is topped with its very rare and original Brèche d'Alep Marble, of Crossbow Shape following the shape of the Chest of Drawers. The Bronzes, The Locks are entirely original. She has a key. It measures 82 cm in length, 76 cm in height and 49 cm in depth. She is in very good condition.
